HOUSE OF QUIN

Collaboration Policy

Reviewed · 2 October 2026

This policy applies to proposed brand, product, content and referral collaborations with House of Quin, a service within PRC Elite Management.

1. Suitability and Review

HOQ considers collaborations in organic whole foods and thoughtful human nutrition; plant-based household cleaning and refillable products; and natural pet foods and animal products with transparent ingredients and evidence of suitability. These priorities support HOQ’s Healthy Living Environments service and reflect Quin’s own approach to food and life at home.

For pet food, HOQ favours clearly identified ingredients and recipes without artificial colours, flavourings or synthetic preservatives. Added vitamins and minerals are assessed for their nutritional purpose rather than treated as undesirable merely because they are additives. Household formulations are reviewed for their intended surfaces, directions, warnings and suitability around people and animals. Organic certification and environmental claims must be supported by relevant evidence.

Proposals are assessed against these priorities, the evidence supporting product claims and suitability for the intended audience. HOQ may decline any proposal that does not meet this standard. Submitting a proposal does not establish a partnership or entitlement to promotion.

2. Written Agreement

Before work begins, the parties must agree deliverables, fees or gifted products, expenses, deadlines, approvals, advertising disclosures, content rights and cancellation arrangements in writing. Any exclusivity must be expressly agreed. Samples should not be sent without prior agreement; unsolicited gifts do not create an obligation to publish.

3. Editorial Integrity and Disclosure

Reviews and statements must reflect genuine experience. Payment or a gift does not guarantee a favourable review. Commercial relationships, including payments, gifts and affiliate commissions, must be disclosed clearly. Content that constitutes advertising will carry a prominent “Ad” or “Advertisement” label before the audience engages with it. “Gifted”, “collab” or an affiliate link alone is not an adequate advertising label.

4. Client Privacy and Permissions

A collaboration does not provide access to clients, properties, client records or private household arrangements. Identifiable people, private interiors, animals associated with an identifiable household, and client names or testimonials must not be included without appropriate written permission. Location, travel and security details must not be disclosed.

5. Content and Brand Rights

No rights to HOQ’s name, photographs or content are granted merely by an enquiry or product delivery. Any licence must specify permitted uses, channels, duration and whether paid advertising or editing is allowed. Each party must have permission to supply the material it contributes.

6. Product Claims and Suitability

Partners must provide accurate ingredient or material information, directions, warnings and evidence relevant to proposed claims. Where applicable, this includes emissions or safety testing and the scope of any certification. Supplier assurances alone do not establish that a product is suitable for a particular use.

Descriptions must be specific and supported by evidence. HOQ will not describe products as “chemical-free” or use unqualified “non-toxic” or “pet-safe” guarantees. “Natural” and “organic” do not, by themselves, establish safety. Environmental claims must state their scope and be substantiated; nutrition and health claims for human foods must comply with the applicable authorisation requirements and conditions of use. Pet-food claims must be objective, verifiable and supported by evidence; products must not be presented as preventing, treating or curing disease unless legally authorised for that purpose.

Suitability must be considered for the intended household, animal species, formulation, exposure and use. Quin’s predominantly plant-based approach to human nutrition is not a requirement for an animal’s diet. Collaboration does not guarantee purchase or use in a client’s home, and does not replace medical or veterinary advice.

7. Confidentiality and Enquiry Information

Non-disclosure arrangements may be agreed before confidential material is exchanged. Personal information supplied with proposals is handled under the Privacy Notice. The Website Terms also apply.

8. Regulatory Guidance

The advertising and product-claim provisions draw on the ASA/CAP influencer guidance, the CMA Green Claims Code and UK food-claim guidance, alongside Veterinary Medicines Directorate guidance on non-medicinal products. The commercial terms above are HOQ’s own collaboration requirements; each engagement requires a separate written agreement.
