HOUSE OF QUIN
Terms & Conditions
Updated · 4 October 2026
These website terms apply alongside the written agreement for any booked service.
1. Website Operator and Scope
This website is operated under the House of Quin (“HOQ”) brand, a service within PRC Elite Management. These terms govern website use and enquiries. Contact hello@houseofquin.com.
Business Correspondence Address:
House of Quin, c/o PRC Elite Management
Elizabeth Suite, 3rd Floor, 207 Regent Street, London, W1B 3HH
PRC Elite Management operates as a UK sole-trader business.
2. Enquiries and Introductory Conversations
The website introduces House & Pet Sitting, Private Residence Management, Residence Readiness and Healthy Living Environments. Submitting a form or booking an introductory conversation is a request to discuss support. It does not reserve dates or create a service booking.
An automated receipt confirms that your enquiry has been received. Availability and any agreed services will be confirmed separately in writing by House of Quin. A Calendly confirmation relates to the conversation appointment only.
3. Agreeing Services
Before accepting a booking, we will agree its scope, dates, responsibilities, fees, applicable taxes, payment arrangements and any authorised purchases or third-party costs in writing. A service booking becomes binding only when the acceptance requirements set out in the relevant quotation or agreement have been met and House of Quin confirms it in writing.
Services are tailored to the agreed arrangement. A service description or checklist is not a promise that every listed task is included. Changes to an agreed scope or cost require agreement.
4. Confidentiality and Household Arrangements
Please provide accurate information relevant to your enquiry and only information you are entitled to share. Keep property access, security and sensitive personal information out of website forms. Necessary household arrangements and permissions will be agreed during onboarding. Confidentiality requirements, including a non-disclosure agreement where requested, may be agreed before sensitive information is shared. Any NDA is subject to its agreed terms and does not prevent disclosures required by law.
5. Purchases, Suppliers and Driving
Purchases, supplier appointments and agreed works are subject to your authorised scope and spending arrangements. Where third parties are engaged, their role, charges and contracting arrangements will be explained before commitment. Personal driving is agreed separately once the vehicle, insurance, licence and permitted use have been checked.
6. Healthy Living Environments
This service concerns agreed food, product and household choices. Website information does not diagnose or treat medical conditions and is not a substitute for advice from an appropriate healthcare or veterinary professional. No particular health outcome is guaranteed.
7. Cancellations and Amendments
Statutory Cancellation Rights
Where the Consumer Contracts Regulations apply to a consumer service contract agreed at a distance or off-premises, the cancellation period is 14 days beginning the day after the contract is made. This is a period after agreeing the contract, not a deadline 14 days before the service begins. Applicable statutory rights take priority over the commercial terms below.
To cancel, send a clear statement to hello@houseofquin.com or the business correspondence address, identifying the booking. Where a statutory cancellation right applies, sending notice before the cancellation period expires is sufficient. The prescribed cancellation information and model form will be supplied with the service agreement; use of the form is optional.
If you expressly request that services begin during the cancellation period, a proportionate payment for services supplied before cancellation may be due where the legal requirements have been met. The right to cancel ends on full performance only where the required prior consent and acknowledgement have been obtained. Refunds due following statutory cancellation of a service are made without undue delay and within 14 days after HOQ is informed, using the original payment method unless another method is expressly agreed.
Commercial Notice Periods
- Introductory conversations: please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or amend. No cancellation fee applies to the introductory conversation.
- One-off visits, Residence Readiness and Healthy Living Environments appointments: at least 48 hours before the agreed start time.
- House and pet sitting stays: at least 14 calendar days before the agreed start date.
- Recurring residence management: 30 calendar days’ written notice to end the arrangement. Individual visit changes should be requested at least 48 hours in advance.
Outside any applicable statutory cancellation period, no service cancellation charge applies where the relevant notice above is given. Payment remains due for work already completed and expressly authorised, non-recoverable third-party costs, subject to your statutory rights.
For shorter notice, any service cancellation charge must reflect reasonable net loss directly caused by the cancellation, allowing for saved costs and replacement bookings. It will not automatically equal the full booking fee. HOQ will explain the calculation and take reasonable steps to reduce loss.
Amendment requests are subject to availability and written confirmation. A request does not change the original booking unless agreed. Any revised scope or price must be accepted before additional work proceeds. Statutory cancellation rights remain unaffected.
If HOQ cancels, payments for services not provided will be refunded. Any alternative dates require your agreement. This does not limit other legal remedies available to you.
8. Using the Website
Please do not misuse the forms, submit unlawful content, impersonate another person or attempt unauthorised access. Website content belongs to House of Quin or its licensors. You may use it to consider the services; reproduction for commercial use requires permission.
We take reasonable care with website information but may update descriptions or availability. Third-party websites and booking tools operate under their own terms. Images illustrate the style of the service and do not establish ownership of, or a client relationship with, a pictured property.
9. Responsibility and Your Rights
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Nothing affects your statutory consumer rights. Responsibility for providing booked services is addressed in the applicable service agreement.
10. Questions or Complaints
Please contact hello@houseofquin.com with any concern about an enquiry, booking or service so that it can be reviewed and addressed.
