Services may be arranged individually or combined.

An initial review fee, followed by separately agreed implementation or ongoing support.
An initial review, agreed changes, sourcing and ongoing support. Your proposal identifies the services included and their frequency.
Charged per preparation visit or assignment.
Your fee reflects the property, rooms, provisioning and coordination required. Recurring preparation and arrangements across several residences are agreed individually.
Charged per night.
Fees are quoted per night, reflecting your animals and their routines, the size and upkeep requirements of your home, existing household support and the responsibilities agreed for your stay. Additional household work and arrival preparation are specified in your proposal. Purchases and third-party costs are agreed separately.
Fees are confirmed in a tailored proposal once the scope of your stay has been agreed.
A monthly retainer or a separately priced assignment.
Retainers cover an agreed allocation of time and responsibilities. One-off household assignments, property developments, refurbishments and renovation coordination are priced according to scope and duration.
YOUR PROPOSAL
Following your enquiry and an introductory conversation, you will receive a written proposal setting out the scope, fees, expenses and payment schedule. Availability and your booking are confirmed separately.
Purchases and third-party costs require your approval and are additional to service fees.
