After a long journey, the last thing you want is to organise the house. You want to put down your bags, settle in and find that someone has already thought about what you will need.
I prepare your residence or properties with the attention you would expect from a fine hotel and the personal understanding that makes it unmistakably your home. Whether arriving alone, travelling between homes with family or welcoming friends for a holiday, the arrangements come together before you reach the door.
Arrive and Unwind
Walk into a calm, clean home, with rooms aired, fresh linen on the bed and your kitchen fully organised and stocked. A nourishing homemade meal and your preferred drink or dessert await; breakfast, fresh homemade juices and snacks are ready for the following morning. A welcome tray of thoughtfully selected products adds a personal touch, all selected and sourced around what you love.
I consider how you will arrive and what you would like to do next, so you can settle into your evening or day without another list of things to arrange.
Welcome Your Guests
Your guests arrive to bedrooms and bathrooms prepared for their stay, with fresh towels, seasonal flowers and all of the essentials within reach. Favourite snacks, somewhere to charge a phone and a simple way to connect to the guest Wi-Fi make settling in easy.
For a holiday together or a special gathering, I prepare the shared spaces too: a kitchen provisioned for your plans, a table ready for dinner and outdoor seating arranged for leisurely mornings or evenings with friends. You have time to be their host and enjoy their company.
Continuity Between Your Residences
Moving between homes is easier when someone understands what you need in each. I coordinate deliveries, replenish essentials and follow up agreed maintenance ahead of your stay, adapting the preparation to the season, your plans and whoever is joining you.
You receive a clear update on what is ready and anything requiring your attention, with the day-to-day arrangements brought together through me.
Returning After the Works
When building or refurbishment work draws to a close, there is still a home to put back together. I liaise with your contractors and suppliers to coordinate cleaning, deliveries, room preparation and finishing touches, bringing order, functionality and comfort back to the spaces you are returning to or moving into.

What Can You Prepare Before I Arrive?
We agree the rooms, provisions and arrangements you would like ready. This can include fresh linen, flowers, a stocked kitchen, meals, deliveries and preparations for guests, with attention to your preferences and arrival plans.
How Far Ahead Should I Get in Touch?
As soon as you know your likely arrival date. The time needed depends on the preparation, deliveries and any work to be completed first. I confirm availability and a workable schedule before we agree the booking.
Can You Work With My Existing Household Team?
Yes. I coordinate with your housekeeper, assistant, designer, contractors or suppliers. We agree who is responsible for each part of the preparation, how access is arranged and which decisions need your approval.
Can You Prepare My Home After Refurbishment or Between Visits?
Yes. I can coordinate agreed cleaning, deliveries and room preparation following works, or arrange recurring preparations between visits. Any outstanding matters are followed up with your appointed team, and you receive an update before arrival.
How Are Fees and Purchases Agreed?
Fees are quoted per preparation visit or assignment, according to the rooms, provisioning and coordination required. You receive a written proposal setting out the scope and fees. Purchases and third-party costs are additional and require your approval.
Can you arrange the products featured in your films for my home?
Yes. I can source selected products for your household, welcome-home gifts or ongoing replenishment. If you prefer to purchase directly, you can explore my personal selections and use available referral codes. Any applicable discount will be clearly stated.
